I took the 2 drives out of that Iomega external drive that was so noisy to be very annoying in use, so much so that I avoided using it. Once a week with the superDuper back up was the plan and I maybe did it once a month. Not very good for a back up [...]

Just started a new blog in the last couple of weeks in which I chat to Mac users about how they use their Mac’s. Going really well with it and have interviewed 22 people so far. 18 interviews have been published as podcasts so far and I have more interviews lined up for later in [...] A Mac Fan Boy or girl is someone that will stand on the side of Apple whatever happens due to a love of the Apple Mac experience. The beauty of the hardware, the ease of use of the software and the fact that it is not Windows. As you know I am a Mac User. I switched from Windows about 3 years ago now and I consider myself to be a Mac person now and have got a bit like many Mac Users a bit of a zealot. I can’t stand using Windows and when I have to to for work or [...] They say the iPhone is available here in Spain is a joke. They won’t let me order one and they don’t know when they will have more in the shop. The best she could do was to say that I would have to visit the shop daily in case there was delivery. I live 35 [...] I was recommended this Screenflow software which is a video capture tool by Don McAllister of Screencasts online and I gave it a try out myself and I have to say I am impressed. I own 2 screen capture programs already but this one goes a little further in that you can edit the video [...] The iMac was due to be dispatched yesterday and according to the email I got in the morning from Apple it did leave the factory on the day it was supposed to leave. There is a facility in the order to follow its progress and I will be doing that on a daily basis. The [...] I expect to get the 24inch iMac after the weekend, there is a holiday here in Catalunya on Monday and Tuesday and maybe Wednesday will be the day the computer gets here. iexpect to hang another monitor off the iMac soon enough. I want to get a second 24inch screen and use it for the [...] Looking good so far. Didn’t take too long to make the upgrade, just over an hour and I have a shiny new machine. I have been using this to manipulate my video and I am highly impressed.. I have even been waxing lyrical about it in Tweets on Twitter. I bought it even though I have 2 other screen capture softwares because this does so much more it was worth it.
