Germany vs England – trading the correct score

Spinning footballWell I tried out the strategy as per the previous post with the Germany vs England game and it worked very well. Putting on a back bet of 100 on the 1 -1 correct score at odds of 6.8 at the start of the game. The first opportunity to trade out came at 10 or 11 minutes with odds of 6.60 available.

After the goal went in I saw odds of 6.20 so again it was possible to trade out to a profit. I left it and getting to half time the odds were very favourable at 5.20 with a trade out to green of €30.77. I would have been happy with that and then sat and enjoyed watching the rest of the game.

Germany got an equaliser and of course the odds of the  1-1 would come in some more. I did see odds of 1.70 and 1.58 on the lay which would have left a green up of 300 Euro. Maybe a solution could have been to trade out part of the position at half time and then more later. Just depends on the level of risk you are happy with.

I think the trade would have been quite different if Germany had scored first. I am looking forward to giving this method a test on other games to see how it works out.

Great to see England win the game and the Germans lose in Germany for the first time in a very long time. I will let you know how this strategy goes when I try it on some Premiership games at the weekend.

I have some other things to try out also – Look out for upcoming posts in the blog and as I just got some new screencast software I will be doing some screencasts of how to work these ideas in BetIE in Learning mode. Great to be able to test things out and not risk cash.

There is a bookmaker offering 100 Euro for a signing up and if you use the calculator on Bet72 you can easily keep around 65 Euro of that without any risk. Contact me if you want more information on how to do that….
