bought one of these spreadsheets and still have not received it after sending 2 reminder emails!
not holding my breath on this one, seems like a lot of folk end up not receiving item.seller needs to address this properly.
not happy.

Good news, Howard did get in touch. In fact he had been trying to get in touch since I placed my order but his emails were directed straight to my spam folder … ooops. He actually phoned me in the end, and sent the spreadsheet to another email address (plus an extra one for my inconvenience).

Sorry for doubting you Howard.

Still no reply from Howard. I put a read receipt on the email and he has not yet read it 2 days after it was sent. Not great customer service if you ask me.

I have had problems with ordering from Howard too.

Placed an order via his site on Friday and payed via Paypal. There was no email with a link in it and 3 days later, still no reply to my follow up email asking where my spreadsheet is. I have just emailed him again and will update you further.
