Yep there is a revolution happening and someone has started a website about it. I got this email in today from A.S.

Hi there, I suppose you must be pissed off with Betfair, their charges and customer service and the general lack of competition in betting exchanges. I developed a website: www.betdaqrevolution.com we have a couple of members already even though the site is on for a couple of hours.

Check it out and please do sign in. It would be awesome if you could write something about the website on your blog and try to motivate people to sign in and take part in our experiment. Tell it to people you know as well. I know the website will not do a miracle but anyway it will raise awareness of Betdaq and that something is happening there. Plus it will show to Betfair that there is some resistance and this may make them think twice before any new scams.

Well I have already moved my money from Betfair to Betdaq as before Jan 1st they were only charging 2% commission and any savings are are always welcome. I quite like the Gruss software also which is written on the Adobe Air platform which makes it cross platform.

Anyway why not go and have a look at this guys’ site and tell me what you think about Betfair vs Betdaq in the comments for this post.

P.S. I will probably be looking at the Manchester United game this evening as a possible match to do some trading, although it is a cup game and not Premiership so I am a bit wary. Anything can happen in Cup games and often do. Ask Manchester city about their last cup game at home and the final scoreline of 0-3. I don’t expect many people put money on that one.
